He is currently based in the Gallup Singapore office.
Ashok has worked closely with CEOs and corporate leadership teams to help transform the human resources focus in organizations. He is co-author of the Asian edition of the Gallup publication “Follow This Path – How the World’s Leading Organizations Unleash Human Potential” and also writes regularly for a variety of management journals. His article titled ‘The New Indian Consumer’ was published in the October 2006 edition of the Harvard Business Review. Ashok also lectures frequently at various industry forums throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
