Maureen Jeganathan Arm is a Senior Manager with PwC International Assignment Services (Singapore). She specialises in international mobility and leads the team in the various mobility projects PwC runs for clients across the Asia region.

Some of the areas she consults in are international assignment policy design and implementation, assignment compensation and benefits structuring, assignment cost management, talent management for the mobile workforce localisation and assignment management. Maureen is a frequent speaker on the subject of International HR at seminars in the Asia region.

Maureen also spent four years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Basel, Switzerland, where she specialised in assignment remuneration, policies and processes and expatriate management outsourcing for various European based multinational clients.
